- Cut chicken fillets into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little butter until cooked through. Set aside.
- In a salad bowl, mix together the béchamel sauce, mustard, garlic powder, Parmesan, mozzarella, Emmental cheese, chopped chives, and diced ham.
- Add the cooked chicken cubes to the previous mixture and mix well.
